Effective October 26th, 2026 PT

1. What self-exclusion is
Self-exclusion is a lock that you ask us to put on your own game account. While it is on, you cannot play on that account. You can only ask for your own account, not for someone else's.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep a confirmed lock in place, but it depends on the information you give us and on our systems recognizing your account, so we cannot promise that it will never fail. Self-exclusion works best together with the device tools on our Responsible Gaming page.

2. Which games it covers
You can ask for self-exclusion in Jackpot Madness, Club Vegas, Cash Billionaire, Star Strike Slots and Bingo Lane. Bagelcode may add games to this list or remove them later.

Your request covers the game you name in your request. If you also have accounts in other games on this list, include them in your reply to our verification email. Once we confirm they are yours, we will make reasonable efforts to lock them as well.

3. How to ask for it
a. Tap "I still need help" below and tell us that you want to self-exclude. Include the game, your Friend Code, your email address and how long you want the lock to last.

b. We will email you. Reply within 72 hours with a screenshot of your Friend Code taken inside the game, and list any other accounts you have in the games above.

c. Our support team checks the screenshot against your request. If we cannot confirm that the account is yours, we may ask you more questions. If we still cannot confirm it, or you do not reply within 72 hours, we will close the request and you can send a new one.

d. We aim to put the lock in place within a reasonable time after we confirm your account. When it is in place, we will send you a confirmation email with the start date and, if you chose a period, the end date.

Your account is not locked until we have confirmed your request and put the lock in place.

4. How long it lasts
You choose how long your self-exclusion lasts: 180, 270 or 365 days, or no end date. The lock starts on the day we put it in place. Once the lock is in place, it cannot be shortened or cancelled, and while it is in place you may not open a new account, whether under a different name, with different details or in any other way, or try to get back into your locked account. If you choose no end date, the lock stays in place until you ask us to reactivate your account, which you can do from one year after the lock starts.

5. When the period ends
When your period ends, your account will be reactivated automatically. After that, for each game covered by your self-exclusion, we will continue to make reasonable efforts not to send you marketing until you sign in to that game again.

When your period ends, we may send you an email about the status of your account. Whether we send it depends on our internal policies. If we do, it will only say that your self-exclusion has ended and your account is no longer locked, how to ask for self-exclusion again, and where to get help. It will not include offers or news about our games.

If you want a longer break, you can send a new self-exclusion request at any time after your period ends.

6. Marketing during the period
While your account is locked, we
will make reasonable efforts not to send you marketing for the game you locked and any other eligible game accounts you list in your reply to our verification email. If you still receive marketing, please tell our support team.

7. Purchases, coins and your account
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for all activity and purchases made on your account before you submit your self-exclusion request. Any refund requests will be handled in accordance with the policies of the app store or platform where the purchase was made.

If a purchase is made on an account included in your request after you submit the request but before the lock is in place, or during your period because the lock did not work, contact our support team and we will review it.

Your coins, level and other progress stay on your account and are there when it is reactivated. Except as described above, coins and items cannot be transferred or exchanged during the period. Time-limited items or features that end during the period may not be available when your account is reactivated. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable law.

We cannot delete apps from your devices for you. We recommend deleting our games from all your devices. Our support team can show you how.

8. Your information
You do not need to tell us why you want to self-exclude. Bagelcode will use the information in this request, including the fact that you have requested self-exclusion, only to process and maintain your self-exclusion, send you the emails described in this policy and keep the record described below, including to answer questions or deal with legal claims about your request. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we use this information because it is needed to provide the self-exclusion you asked for (performance of our contract with you). We keep the record after your period ends, and may send the end-of-period email described in section 5 (When the period ends), based on our legitimate interests in being able to show that we honored your request and in letting you know that your lock has ended and where to get help. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We keep a record of your request, including the dates it was submitted, verified, put in place and ended. We keep this record and our emails with you, including your screenshot, for 6 years after your self-exclusion ends, and then delete or anonymize them. If you ask us to delete your account or your information before then, we may keep your Friend Code, email address and self-exclusion dates until the end of that period, so that your self-exclusion and the pause on marketing keep working and so that we can deal with legal claims. See our Privacy Policy.

9. If you self-excluded before October 26th, 2026
Your self-exclusion continues on the terms that applied when you made your request. If sections 1 to 8 say something different about how long it lasts, how it ends or which marketing we do not send, those terms apply. Under those terms, your self-exclusion stays in place until you ask us to reactivate your account. You can ask from one calendar year after your original request was completed, and we will reactivate it only after our verification process. This policy does not shorten your self-exclusion or change what it covers or how it ends.

10. Other terms
Our Terms of Use also apply. If you have questions about self-exclusion, tap "I still need help" below.
